Today is the last day to apply for LS Horizon 12 mutual fund, which is a closed-ended mutual fund having a tenure of 12 years. This mutual fund is launched by Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited through Laxmi Sunrise Mutual Fund Scheme.
In total, the fund is issuing 120 million units with a face value of Rs. 10 each, out of which 18 million units will be allotted to the promoter, Laxmi Sunrise Bank as seed money, while the rest 102 million units can be purchased by the public.
Investors can make applications for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 12 million units through ASBA-registered BFIs and MeroShare.
CARE Ratings Nepal has rated this scheme with CARE NP Triple B Plus Issue Rating, whereas the AMC has been given CARE NP AMC Quality 3 Plus Rating.
This is the last day for applications to be submitted as this is the last day for investing in this mutual fund scheme.
