KATHMANDU – The Office of the Company Registrar Nepal has introduced an AI call center Nepal in an attempt to offer better public services.
The call center has been initiated, and it works around the clock. People have round-the-clock access to this service.
This service gives out information related to company registration, steps to follow, and necessary documents. It also gives out the extension numbers of the staff.
People can dial 9700004414 to get this service. Users can get immediate responses from the system.
According to the officials, this initiative will help in the process of registration as well as after that. This initiative is expected to reduce people’s visits to the office.
They have also said that there will be further improvements in this system in the coming days.
This initiative depicts the increasing trend towards using AI in the public services in Nepal.
