Today is the last day to apply for Sanigad Hydro IPO. The offer period started on June 1, 2026, and ends today.
The company is floating shares valued at Rs. 855 million, which makes up 30% of its total capital of Rs. 2.85 billion. That breaks down into 8.55 million ordinary shares available through this IPO.
Previously, Sanigad Hydro handed out 2.85 million shares to people affected by the project. They also doled out 570,000 shares to Nepalis living overseas and set aside 171,000 for employees. Mutual funds got an additional 285,000 shares.
Under the current public offering, there are 4.674 million shares up for grabs, totalling Rs. 467.4 million. Investors can buy between a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20,000 shares through various C-ASBA member banks, financial institutions, and the Meroshare platform.
ICRA Nepal rates the company [ICRANP] BB-, which suggests a moderate level of risk concerning its ability to meet financial obligations on time. The IPO is managed by Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited.
