Today is the last day for Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower IPO. This IPO opened for public subscription on the 6th of May, 2026.
The firm will offer 35.26 percent of its issued capital at Rs 1.20 billion. As part of the IPO process, it will offer 42.23 lakh units of shares worth Rs 423 million.
Previously, the company had allocated 12 lakh units of shares to the local people of the affected areas in Bhojpur District. The company further allocated 303,067 units of shares to Nepalese laborers working abroad.
Likewise, there are 151,533 units of shares allotted to mutual funds, and 60,613 units to company employees.
Today, the company is distributing 2,515,455 shares to the public at large. Investors can bid for a minimum of 10 units up to a maximum of 50,000 units.
