Yambaling Hydropower IPO Allotment took place today. Yambaling Hydropower IPO Allotment took place in the office of the issue manager, Muktinath Capital Limited, located in Naxal, Kathmandu. The process was done via the lottery method.
The company had offered 17,43,000 units of shares to the common people. The opening period for this IPO was between 16th and 22nd of Baishakh 2083 BS.
The total capital offered by this company is Rs. 70 crores, out of which 40% (that is, 28,00,000 units
Out of the public issue, 10% (7,00,000 units) was kept aside for the citizens of Sindhupalchowk. Various other segments were allocated different percentages.
The remaining number of units after all these allocations is 17,43,000 units, which will be allotted to the public. There have been 29,38,082 applications for the IPO, requiring more than 3.19 crore units.
But 44,416 applications were rejected.
The total number of allottees in the outcome was 1,74,300. Every investor got 10 units by drawing lots.

Yambaling Hydropower Limited runs a 7.27 MW capacity run-of-river hydropower plant in Sindhupalchowk. The plant went into commercial production in February 2024. It follows the BOOT model.
The credit rating agency CARE Ratings Nepal Limited has rated Yambaling Hydropower Limited CARE-NP BB- (Is).
