Kathmandu, Nepal – February 26, 2026: Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited has made an initial public offering. The IPO is open for local residents affected by the project and for Nepali workers living abroad.
The company will issue 1,200,000 shares to people living in Bhojpur District who are affected by the hydropower project. Applications for this group are open from Falgun 27 to Chaitra 11, 2082 (Nepali calendar).
303,067 shares are reserved for the Nepali workers living overseas. They can apply from Falgun 27 to Chaitra 1, 2082. The deadline can be extended if necessary.
Applications can be submitted through C-ASBA-approved banks or via the Meroshare platform.
