Kathmandu, Nepal — February 26, 2026: Today is the final day for foreign-migrated Nepali workers to apply for the Appolo Hydropower Limited IPO. The IPO opened on February 23, 2026, and a part of the shares is specially reserved for Nepali workers living abroad.
Appolo Hydropower is offering 30% of its total shares, which amounts to 1,410,000 units worth Rs 141 million. Out of this, 94,000 units (Rs 940,000) are set aside exclusively for foreign migrant workers. Applications can be submitted through all C-ASBA-approved banks or via the Meroshare platform.
The IPO has been given a BB rating by Care Rating Nepal, meaning it has a moderate level of risk. Himalayan Capital is handling the issue and helping investors through the application process.
This IPO offers Nepali workers abroad an opportunity to invest in the growing hydropower industry in Nepal. Those interested should make sure to complete their applications by the end of today.
