Kathmandu, Feb 1, 2026 — The foreign currency exchange rates for today have been determined by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), giving the official buying/selling rates of foreign currencies in terms of Nepali Rupees.
According to the NRB’s announcement, the US dollar is being traded at a buying rate of Rs 146.88 and a selling rate of Rs 147.48.
The European euro has a buying rate of Rs 175.12 and a selling rate of Rs 175.83, while the UK pound sterling is bought at Rs 201.94 and sold at Rs 202.76.

These official foreign exchange rates apply to transactions conducted through banks and financial institutions, but actual rates offered by commercial banks or exchange counters may vary slightly in the market.
