Last day of subscription of “Sanima Equity Fund 2”, launched by Sanima Capital, is today. The company started offering the mutual investment funds since May 7.
Sanima Capital Company will issue 100 million mutual fund units worth Rs 10 each. The mutual fund scheme is a 10-year closed-ended scheme.
From the total number of shares, the company has guaranteed a minimum of 13 percent or 13 million shares to the scheme sponsor, Sanima Bank, and 2 percent, or two million shares, to the scheme manager. The rest of 85 million shares will be allotted to the general public.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 10 million units of the mutual fund.
The Issue Manager of the mutual fund is SanimaCapital.
Applications can be done from all the ASBA participating BFIs and Meroshare.
Care Rating Nepal has given the Care NP Single A Minus Issuer rating to the fund promoter.
