Kathmandu: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the foreign exchange rates for Friday.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at Rs 147.21, while the selling rate has been fixed at Rs 147.81 for today.
Similarly, the buying rate of one Euro is Rs 170.17, and the selling rate is Rs 170.86. The UK Pound Sterling has been set at Rs 197.21 for buying and Rs 198.01 for selling.
According to NRB, the buying rate of one Swiss Franc is Rs 188.55, and the selling rate is Rs 189.32. Likewise, the Australian Dollar has been fixed at Rs 105.12 for buying and Rs 105.55 for selling.
The central bank also stated that the exchange rate for 100 Indian Rupees has been fixed at Rs 160.00 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
NRB publishes foreign exchange rates daily, and the rates may change depending on market conditions. Commercial banks may also have slightly different rates during transactions.
