Kathmandu, April 16, 2026 – Fuel Prices Increased in Nepal by the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) with immediate effect, which will result in higher prices for diesel, kerosene, and aviation fuel, while petrol remains unaffected.
As per the latest price list, there is a hike of Rs 30 in a litre of diesel and kerosene, and Rs 5 in a litre of domestic aviation fuel.
After the adjustment, the prices for diesel and kerosene have risen to Rs 237 per liter, while those for aviation fuel have increased to Rs 256 per liter.
Although the current prices have been increased, NOC announced that the company is experiencing losses because of higher prices in the international market. Over the past few weeks, NOC has made frequent adjustments to fuel prices.
