Hotel Forest Inn Limited has started issuing its Hotel Forest Inn Limited IPO to the general public from today, February 5, 2026. The company is offering 3,320,000 shares worth about ₹333 million out of its total 4 million share issue (20 % of paid-up capital). Earlier, 400,000 shares were allotted to foreign-employed Nepalis, 200,000 to mutual funds, and 80,000 to employees. Investors can apply for minimum 10 and maximum 200,000 shares. The issue closes early on February 9 or later on March 20 if not fully subscribed. The IPO has been given a BB- rating, indicating moderate risk.
